HERZEG-BOSNIA'S AUTHORITIES ANNOUNCE STEPS THEY WILL TAKE

SPLIT, Nov 5 (Hina) - Following today's meeting with Croatian President Franjo Tudjman and his associates, the leadership of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, headed by Mate Boban, analyzed the current political and military situation in Herzeg-Bosnia and entire Bosnia-Herzegovina. In this connection they released a statement enumerating steps that would be taken. 1. Immediately start organizing state administration in the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia. 2. Establish a political body that will represent the Croats in the Union of the Republics of Bosnia-Herzegovina. 3. Take urgent measures to complete the investigation into the events in the village of Stupni Do. With regard to the crimes and genocide committed by Moslem forces over the Croatian population in central Bosnia and northern Herzegovina, all international factors were called upon to conduct a thorough investigation, punish the perpetrators and continually inform the public.
