MOSTAR, Dec 12
(Hina) - Ahead of a meeting on Monday of the Peace
Implementation Council, the international body overseeing the
implementation of the Dayton peace agreement in Bosnia and
Herzegovina, a heated debate arose in which Bosnian Serb and Croat
parties supported the view of European Parliament rapporteur Doris
Pack that the Office of the High Representative should be dissolved,
while majority Bosniak parties condemned such a view stressing the
need for the further involvement of the international administration
in the country.
