ZADAR, Dec 2 (Hina) - Serb guerrillas Monday brazenly stole a
tractor in broad daylight from a farmer in the Tinj village in the
Biograd area, local residents said. The report was confirmed by the
Split-based Croatian army.
Joso Kamber was ploughing the field when fierce Serb
guerrillas brandishing deadly guns opened fire in his direction. He
hurriedly abandoned his tractor and ran for cover.
The Serbs seized the tractor and tut-tutted away in the
direction of the occupied area.
Tinj is situated in the disengagement zone, which is supposed
to be off-limits to armed troops.
