ZAGREB, Dec 1 (Hina) - Croatian Parliament's Speaker Nedjeljko
Mihanovic this afternoon received Albanian Prime Minister
Aleksander Meksi leading the Govt. delegation in a two-day official
visit to Croatia.
During the talks Mihanovic and his guest confirmed that there
were good possibilities of cooperation between Croatia and Albania
in the fields of economy, tourism, culture and especially in the
oil and food processing industries.
Meksi said his country was offering great possibilities in
these areas adopting more liberal laws.
Mihanovic said Croatia and Albania encountered the same enemy,
and added that his country was sympathetic with Albanians because
of their difficult positions in Serbia.
Albanian Prime Minister stressed that his country and Croatia
shared the same views on the Serbian aggression. He reiterated
Albania's support to Croatia in its efforts aimed at reaching a
peace resolution of the crisis.
Croatian Prime Minister Nikica Valentic will give a dinner for
Albanian Prime Minister and delegation.
