a multi-barrel rocket launcher at the eastern Croatian town of
Slavonski Samac at about 21:00 hrs last night.
Slavonski Samac had come suddenly under Serb fire at 20:30 hrs
last night when it was hit by several artillery rounds, Croatian
border police said.
The shelling left no casualties and the citizens were in
shelters, the County information centre and the Croatian border
police reported.
The eastern Croatian towns of Zupanja, Bosnjaci and Babina
Greda on Monday evening were pounded with shells fired by the Serb
forces across the Sava River. No reports on casualties or material
