SARAJEVO, Nov 7 (Hina) - German Ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Johannes Preisinger, said that both Croats and Moslems in principle
wanted the federation to be established faster, but difficulties on
the ground and mutual distrust still did not allow it.
In an interview with the Sarajevo daily Oslobodjenje
ambassador Preisinger said the international community would also
like the process to develop much faster.
Herzegovinians and their relatives in Zagreb should
participate in the establishment of the federation in order to
speed up that process, the German diplomat said.
Ambassador Preisinger believes that Croats from federation's
authorities or Croats from Zagreb do not obstruct the process.
I believe that many of those obstructions come from lower
levels, ambassador Preisinger said.
