ZAGREB, Sept 14 (Hina) - The newly-appointed Bosnian ambassador,
Kasim Trnka, today presented his credentials to President Franjo
Tudjman.
"The Bosniac and Croatian nations in Bosnia-Herzegovina
managed to withstand the Serbian aggression," Ambassador Trnka
said.
"By signing the Washington Agreements, the two nations showed
their committment to coexistence and a durable and just peace in
the region," he said.
President Tudjman said that the speedy implementation of the
Washington Agreements was vital for Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
It was also an important contribution toward a new
international order in this part of Europe, he said.
