ZAGREB, Sep 6, (Hina)- The Ministry of Culture and Education has
dismissed accusations by teacher unions that it failed to provide
"correct" information on the mass strike, a Ministry statement said
today.
"The Minister of Culture and Education in the name of the
Ministry gave exact and truthful data on the strike," the statement
said.
According to the latest data, until 4pm today, 336 primary
schools were on strike (or 58 per cent from a total of 579), 176
secondary schools (or 71 per cent of the 248), 52 kindergartens (or
29 per cent of the total 178). Four student homes out of total of
32, also went on strike.
