SARAJEVO, Aug 14 (Hina) - The death penalty is to be abolished in
Bosnia-Herzegovina, as its government accepted this decision at
Saturday's session. The 15-year sentence of imprisonment is
proposed to be the alteration for the death penalty.
The government of Bosnia-Herzegovina also decided to suspend
issuing allowance for travels abroad aimed at meeting separated
family members and relatives. The reason for this decision is the
fact that u huge number of requests of Bosnian-Herzegovinian
citizens have been applied for their leaving Bosnia-Herzegovina and
getting permanent residence abroad.
Doctors, medical staff and workers in public health should
receive a government subsidy in amounts from 50 to 250 German
marks, as it was decided at yesterday's session.
