CRANS-MONTANA, June 16 (Hina) - A Croatian government delegation
headed by Prime Minister Nikica Valentic arrived in Crans-Montana,
Switzerland, on Thursday afternoon to participate in a world trade
forum, which is attended by 60 government delegations and
representatives of international institutions.
"We are going to acquaint businessmen and politicians with our
stabilisation scheme, investment and development projects and the
reconstruction of the country. I think that there are real grounds
to expect an inflow of foreign capital in Croatia," said Croatian
Prime Minister Valentic upon arrival in Crans-Montana.
Foreign Minister Mate Granic said the forum would be a good
opportunity for the delegation to inform the participants of the
Croatian policy, particularly as regards the UN Protected Areas.
"We have already arranged a number of bilateral meetings, which I
expect to be fruitful," said Minister Granic.
