BELGRADE, Apr 4 (Hina) - UNPROFOR Force Commander in Bosnia-
Herzegovina, General Sir Michael Rose, held talks today with the
leader of Bosnian Serbs, Radovan Karadzic, and the chief-of-staff
of the Bosnian Serb forces, Manojlo Milovanovic, broadcast the
Belgrade-radio on Monday evening. The meeting was held on Pale,
near Sarajevo.
Speaking of the situation in the town of Gorazde in eastern
Bosnia (where the latest Serb offensive, which entered its six day
yesterday, killed 47 people and wounded 207), General Rose said
that reports from that area were rather meagre, adding that on the
ground "nothing crucial has happened."
General Rose also said that he had agreed with General
Milovanovic to go to Gorazde on Wednesday, according to the
Belgrade radio.
