MOSTAR, Apr 2 (Hina/Habena) - The Presidential Council of the
Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia on Friday heard the report of a
Herzeg-Bosnian parliamentary delegation to the Constitutional
Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, which convened
in Sarajevo last Monday.
The Council's chairman, Kresimir Zubak, told reporters after
the session that the Council was satisfied with the way the
deputies performed their task. He welcomed the newly-voted
Constitution of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, adding that
the Constituational Parliament would convene again in two to four
weeks to elect the President.
Noting that most of Croatian deputies to the Constitutional
Parliament were HDZ members, HDZ leader Pero Markovic announced
that elections would be held in six months.
