ZAGREB, May 26 (Hina) - Bosnian Prime Minister Haris Silajdzic
today sent a message to the international community regarding
yesterday's Serb attack on the northeastern Bosnian town of Tuzla.
"Serbian fascist killers killed sixty-six young people
deliberately, targeting the popular area of Tuzla called Korzo,"
Silajdzic told a press conference at the Bosnian embassy in Zagreb.
He said that the oldest victim of the attack was twenty-eight
years old.
"After this we can only say that it's time for the world
community to untie our hands and let us defend ourselves. Keeping
the arms embargo upon Bosnia-Herzegovina is not only immoral
anymore. It is now also inhumane."
Silajdzic called on the world community and foreign
governments to lift the arms embargo on Bosnia-Herzegovina.
"Those who do not do that are unfortunately accomplices in the
massacre and genocide that goes on in Bosnia-Herzegovina," he said.
