CAZIN-BOUND CONVOY STRANDED AT VELIKA KLADUSA

ZAGREB, May 24 (Hina) - A Cazin-bound UNHCR (UN relief agency) convoy, which set out from Zagreb yesterday, was currently stranded at Velika Kladusa, the UNHCR in Zagreb said. The convoy was held up by troops loyal to renegade Moslem leader Fikret Abdic, spokesman Mans Nyberg said. "Abdic's men told convoy personnel that they only wanted to search it," he said. "But they haven't yet begun searching it - they say they don't have the time right now." The convoy is comprised of ten trucks carrying 100 tonnes of food (cereals, flour, powdered milk, yeast).
