OSIJEK, May 15 (Hina) - Rebel Serb forces in the occupied Baranja
region of eastern Croatia have shot dead two Croatian refugess in
Bistrinci, a village 20 km northwest of Osijek.
Osijek county police said today that the two had been killed
last Saturday while fishing by the Drava River. They were killed on
the spot after several bullets had been fired at them from the
right bank of the river.
Police said in a statement they would press charges against
commanders of Serb terrorist groups in Baranja for committing war
crimes against civilians.
