NOVI TRAVNIK, May 5 (Hina) - The Constituent Assembly of the
Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina today concluded its two-day
session in Novi Travnik, central Bosnia.
Minister in the Federal government Muhamed Fero said that over
60 percent of the pre-war population of Bosnia was displaced.
1,250,000 people were resettled to 110 countries, while about
40,000 have returned during last twelve months, 15,000 of them
through organized repatriating actions, Fero said.
The Constituent Assembly had adopted a Bill on local self-
government and united criteria for forming of new municipalities.
Lawmakers decided to form a commission, with three Croats and three
Bosniacs (Muslims) in, which would delimit canton boundaries.
