MOSTAR, March 13 (Hina/HABENA) - At today's session of the Herzeg-
Bosnian Government, its prime minister, Jadranko Prlic, informed
the gathered of the Bonn agreement signed on 8 and 9 March,
according to a statement carried by the Herzeg-Bosnian news agency
HABENA.
The session stressed that the international factors as well as
Croatia were fully interested in the consistent implementation of
the Washington Accords and all other relevant documents including
the Bonn agreement which serves as an incentive to the
implementation of Washington Accords.
The Bosniac (Moslem) side, Parliament and Government of the
Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina are expected to be actively engaged
in carrying out assumed duties and deadlines.
The Herzeg-Bosnian government condemned the kidnapping of the
Croat Defence Council (HVO) commander for the Bihac area, Major-
General, Vlado Santic. They also condemned the insufficiently
energetic action of the Bosnian army and other legal bodies of the
Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina aimed at finding out the whereabouts
of General Santic.
The Herzeg-Bosnian high officials demanded that more light
should be cast on the abduction and motives for such an act, the
statement said.
