ZAGREB, March 8 (Hina) - The Croatian Constitutional Court today
decided that former owners and their successors could rightfully
claim the status of interested parties in the privatisation of
socially-owned companies that had been nationalised in 1945 under
Yugoslav legislation.
The Court reached this decision today while debating an appeal
by Dagmar Urbanetz-Linderholm, successor to the former owners of
the Zagreb-based Palace Hotel, who had been denied the status of
"interested party in privatisation proceedings," by the
Administrative Court.
The Court will rule on the appeal at one of the next sessions.
