Speaking at a press conference following the first session of the Orasje Canton Assembly, Zubak said the "problems discussed at the session were precisely the problems that were plaguing the Federation." He said a lack of consistency of the federal legislation and the definition of municipality and canton boundaries were the Federation's main "stumbling blocks." "The top priority now is to pass laws that will resolve all the contentious issues," he said.
