ZAGREB, Feb 8 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament House of Representatives today resumed a session which began on January 25. At the beginning, the House passed a decision to establish a committee for the peaceful reintergration of occupied Croatian areas. Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) deputy Drago Krpina was elected chairman of the committee while Mirko Tankosic of the Croatian National Party (HNS) and Miroslav Kis, representing minorities, were elected deputy chairmen. The House adopted a report on findings of the commission investigating victims killed in World War Two and the post-war period. Also adopted was a report on the 1994 tourist season and a plan for the tourist year 1995. Lower house deputies adopted a report on the work of the Croatian Television and Radio Council from July 1993 to July 1994. They called for the introduction of weekly programs on Croatian patriotic war invalids and victims, and asked that more attention be paid to programs for ethnic communities in their native languages. The House elected Jagoda Zelic-Rukavina to replace Kresimir Aleric as deputy public prosecutor. Deputies supported a decision to set up a commission that would work out an ethical codex for officials. The session ended this evening after adopting reports on government decrees passed after December 20 last year. House speaker Nedjeljko Mihanovic called the next session for the end of this month.
