SARAJEVO, Jan 29 (Hina) - Vice President of the Federation of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ejup Ganic, Saturday visited the Ravne-Brcko
municipality, northern Bosnia, to hold sessions with local military
and civilian representatives of Bosniac and Croat peoples, Sarajevo
Radio broadcast last night.
The session was scheduled after Friday's talks in Mostar
between the Federation's President and Vice President, Kresimir
Zubak and Ejup Ganic, and Bosnian Croat and Moslem delegations.
After his visit to the Ravne-Brcko municipality where he
should discuss the tension caused by forming the municipality as
well as by Moslems' settling the village of Cerik which had been
populated by Croats before the war, Ganic said that the
establishment of new municipalities should be carried out without
too much emotion.
Ganic added that he and the Bosnian Federation's President
Zubak would soon together visit the Ravne-Brcko area.
Ganic warned that the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina had
many enemies and, therefore, more prudence and understanding were
indispensable to overcome present problems.
