ZAGREB, Jan 27 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Nikica Valentic
today held a press conference where he discussed the Government
reshuffle and the beginning of talks with the Paris Club.
Talks with the London Club would depend on the results of
talks with the Paris Club. This would mean regulating overall
liabilities to foreign creditors, Valentic said.
The second, critical phase of the economic stabilisation
program was now being carried out as foreign partners and financial
institutions anticipated developments surrounding the UNPROFOR
mandate.
"We have been told quite clearly that certain things will be
delayed until the situation with UNPROFOR has been finally
settled," Valentic said.
He added that his Government would not depart from a single
point in the stabilisation program.
