ZAGREB, Dec 17 (Hina) - Croatia's Tourism Ministry in cooperation
with the London-based Partners in Hospitality Ltd., made
feasibility studies for Dubrovnik hotels. The studies were
presented at Zagreb 'Esplanade' Hotel on Tuesday.
Tourism Minister Niko Bulic said the studies, that described
the situation in which Dubrovnik had been during the Homeland War
and after it, were made to enable better prospects of tourism in
this southern Croatian town.
After the studies have been made, possibilities open up for
domestic and foreign investors to take part in modernizing
Dubrovnik hotels 'Imperial', 'Libertas, 'Excelsior', 'Argentina'
and 'Belvedere', according to Bulic.
The hotels should be improved and modernized in order that
Dubrovnik may become a world centre of exclusive tourism.
The making of the feasibility studies cost 30,000 pounds.
