TROGIR, Dec 2 (Hina) - A keel was on Monday set up at the Trogir shipyard for the construction of the first in a series of nine tankers for Liberia. The tankers will be constructed in Trogir, Split and Pula, three each.
TROGIR, Dec 2 (Hina) - A keel was on Monday set up at the Trogir
shipyard for the construction of the first in a series of nine
tankers for Liberia. The tankers will be constructed in Trogir,
Split and Pula, three each. #L#
The tankers are to be used for transporting oil, chemicals and
other liquids.
The 47,400-ton ships will be 183 metres long, 32 metres wide
and 17,50 metres high, with 53,100 cube metres of tank capacity.
The shipyard's director, Josko Buble, said that this company
had now achieved a level of production as had been before the war.
