MOSTAR, Nov 27 (Hina) - EU special envoy in Mostar, Martin Garrod,
on Wednesday opened the renovated primary school at Krusevo outside
Mostar. The renovation of the school was financed with 518,000
German marks by the EU administration.
At the opening Garrod said it was the 31st rebuilt primary
school in the Mostar area, the reconstruction of which was
financially helped by the European Union.
Mayor of Mostar Ivan Prskalo said the rebuilt school at the
village was the main precondition for helping Croats remain at
Krusevo. The Mostar municipal council head, Mijo Brajkovic, thanked
the European Union for its huge role in the reconstruction of the
Mostar schooling system.
