AN AUSTRIAN COUPLE ROBBED IN SEPARATION ZONE NEAR TUZLA

TUZLA, Nov 19 (Hina) - Two unknown perpetrators, on Tuesday took a car from an Austrian couple by force, aiming guns at them. The robbery happened at Loncari on the Tuzla-Orasje road (northeastern Bosnia) in the Serb section of a separation zone, at 04:45 p.m. Tuesday, said a spokesman for the Tuzla-based International Police Task Force (IPTF) office. According to statement that the Austrians gave to international policemen in Brcko, they had luggage, documents and 10,000 Austrian shillings in their Audi 80 car. Names of the robbed couple have not been revealed. Bosnian Serb civilian police, IPTF and IFOR police troops have been engaged in search for the perpetrators, the spokesman Andrea Angeli said.
