Homeland war victims opened in Porec tonight. The seminar,
organized by the Government Office for War Victims, gathered more

The seminar was opened by Vice Premier Ljerka Mintas-Hodak,
who spoke about the Government's decision to make the current
program on psycho-social aid more complete and systematic. The
Government had decided to create a new framework for future
activities which included the improvement of the financial status
of defenders and war victims, the intensifying and better
organization of psycho-social aid and protection, a better
information service and the establishment of a general climate of
acceptance of war victims, Mintas-Hodak said.
The seminar was also addressed by President Tudjman's advisor
on humanitarian issues, Slobodan Lang and Vicko Goluza, aide to
Croatian Labour and Social Welfare Minister.
