ZAGREB, Oct 3 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament House of Representatives Thursday started and then adjourned discussion on a report on implementing Parliament conclusions, made in February this year, concerning the National Audit Office. The discussion began with no Government representatives being present at the session, and therefore Parliament Chairman Vlatko Pavletic decided that the debate would resume this afternoon. #L# Opposition deputies, only who took part in the discussion, said the report could not be accepted as it was flawed, incomplete and in contravention of the Parliament's lower house conclusions. A February report made by the National Audit Office was an important event to the whole system of state authority, but it could be only a "swan's song", if the National Audit Office did not respect the Parliament conclusions, Jozo Rados, a Croatian Social and Liberal Party (HSLS) deputy said at the session.
