KNIN, Sept 24 (Hina) - The Croatian government commissioner for
Knin, Zvonimir Puljic, has decided to transfer the mortal remains
of antifascist fighters from a recently devastated charnel house to
a new cemetery in Knin.
On September 17, an explosive device was planted under the
monument to WW2 National Liberation (NOB) fighters on a hill
overlooking Knin. The nearby charnel house was damaged by the
blast.
Puljic said that the transfer would be carried out with due
respect to the killed soldiers and their families.
