ZAGREB, Sept 17 (Hina) - There are still several powers which have
not been transferred from Herzeg-Bosnia and the Bosnian government
to the Bosnian Federation, Bosnian Prime Minister Hasan Muratovic
said on Tuesday after talks with Croatian President Franjo Tudjman
in Zagreb.
Muratovic cited powers of the Bosnian government Investigation
and Documentation Agency and the Herzeg-Bosnian Tax Administration,
adding that bills had already been drafted to regulate these
issues.
As regards the weekend elections, Muratovic said that Serb
candidate Momcilo Krajisnik could "theoretically become the new
president of the Bosnian Presidency, but practically it is almost
impossible if the elections are correct".
The president of the Bosnian Presidency will be the candidate
with the largest number of votes.
Muratovic explained that Serbs may have 750,000 voters at the
most, while Bosniacs-Moslems had more than 900,000.
"There are already reports about more than 120 percent of
voters in certain parts of the Republika Srpska, but it has to be
analyzed by the Organization for security and Cooperation in Europe
(OSCE). I do not count on Krajisnik to win," Muratovic said, adding
that he hoped Alija Izetbegovic would obtain a considerable
advantage.
