BELGRADE, Sept 9 (Hina) - "The exchange of notes on establishing
diplomatic relations at the level of embassies opens the process of
full normalization of relations between the Republic of Croatia and
Yugoslavia," the head of the Croatian Office in Belgrade, Zvonimir
Markovic, said on Monday after handing a note to Yugoslav Deputy
Foreign Minister Radoslav Bulajic.
Markovic described the exchange of diplomatic notes as an
important step and a good basis for further development of
relations between Croatia and the Yugoslav Federation of Serbia and
Montenegro.
He said that the full normalization and establishment of good
neighourly relations between the two countries would require
further efforts not only of government officials but of all people
of goodwill.
