in Ramici near Banja Luka (Serb entity). The talks focused on ensuring as much security as possible during the Bosnian elections this month.
BANJA LUKA, Sept 3 (Hina) - Commander of the IFOR division Sector
South-West General John Kissley on Tuesday held talks with
commanders of the Croatian Defense Council (HVO), Bosnian Army and
local Serb army at the IFOR headquarters in Ramici near Banja Luka
(Serb entity).
The talks focused on ensuring as much security as possible
during the Bosnian elections this month. #L#
Kissley informed the commanders about measures IFOR were
taking and would take in the preparations and implementation of the
elections and about what he expected from the three armies during
the elections.
A deadline for the prohibition of military training and
movement of troops had not been established on Tuesday, which was
for IFOR commander in Bosnia Admiral Lopez to decide, spokesman of
IFOR division Sector South-West Colonel Paul Brook said after the
meeting.
