ZAGREB, July 11 (Hina) - Members of the Croatian association of
families of missing persons, "Apel", met in Zagreb on Thursday with
the chairman of the EU Council of Ministers, Irish Foreign Minister
Dick Spring, and EU commissioner Hans van den Broek.
The EU officials were presented with an album of photographs
of imprisoned and missing Croatian soldiers and civilians, a list
of persons being traced and an album of photographs of persons and
patients taken in the Vukovar hospital on 19 November 1991 before
the fall of the town.
"Apel" said in a statement that Van den Broek promised to
brief its representatives on the results of talks with Serbian
President Slobodan Milosevic.
