CROATIAN DELEGATION FINISHING THREE-DAY VISIT TO SINGAPORE

SINGAPORE, June 22 (Hina) - A Croatian government delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Borislav Skegro is finishing a three-day visit to Singapore on Saturday. At the end of the visit, Skegro was scheduled to meet the president of the Central Provident Fund, an institution in charge of the pension system. The delegation had held talks with high representatives of the Trade Development Committee, Singapore Telecom, the Economic Development Committee, the Monetary Administration and the Industrial Association. The Croatian delegates were also received by Trade and Industry Minister Yeo Cheow Tang and Deputy Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. In all meetings, Croatian and Singaporean officials expressed an interest in intensifying all aspects of cooperation between the two countries and agreed concrete steps that would be taken to achieve that objective.
