ZAGREB, May 16 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on
Thursday received a delegation of the Croatian Democratic Union
(HDZ) coordination from Bavaria, which encompasses all branches of
the HDZ party in this German province, the President's Office said
in a statement.
President Tudjman said that now that most of the country had
been liberated and the process of peaceful reintegration of the
Danube River area of eastern Croatia was progressing successfully,
all conditions had been created not only for investment in the
Croatian economy but also for the return of emigrants and their
children to their homeland, the statement concluded.
