MOSTAR, May 15 (Hina) - "The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will respect every decision of the European Union concerning the Mostar elections", said the president of the temporary electoral commission in
Bosnia-Herzegovina and head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Robert Frowick, after a Wednesday meeting with European Union Administrator in Mostar, Ricardo Perez Casado. Frowick said that the Mostar elections were in the jurisdiction of the European Union, and that foreign ministers of the countries which are members of the Union had decided to respect the Dayton Agreement, according to which elections in Mostar should take place by May 31, 1996.

Frowick said that the Mostar elections were in the

Frowick and Casado talked about the difficulties surrounding
the elections. "We are trying to satisfy all sides", Frowick said.
There were differences in the preparations for the elections
in Mostar and the elections organized in Bosnia-Herzegovina by
OSCE. These differences could cause complications, Frowick
concluded.
