SPLIT, Apr 17 (Hina) - The IFOR command for Sector South-West is to
relocate from Gornji Vakuf (central Bosnia) to Banja Luka. The
decision was motivated by the fact that all commands were located
on the Federation territory and it was time to move one of them to
the territory controlled by Bosnian Serbs, IFOR's public relations
office in Split said.
The command is staffed by 350 Britons, Americans, Dutch,
French, Czech and New Zealanders and is in charge of 10,000 troops
deployed in the sector.
