CAIRO, March 4 (Hina) - Croatian Ambassador to Cairo Daniel Bucan
met Egyptian Trade Minister Ahmed El-Goweili on Sunday to discuss
ways of intensifying overall business cooperation between the two
countries, the Croatian Embassy said in a statement on Monday.
Goweili stressed Egypt's interest in increasing the volume
of trade with Croatia, which had risen in the last three years to
about USD 30 million.
A delegation of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the
Split County Chamber of Commerce, including about 40 business
people, would visit Egypt soon.
Bucan handed his host an invitation from Croatian Economy
Minister Davor Stern to visit Croatia in April, which he accepted
with pleasure.
