DUBROVNIK, Feb 25 (Hina) - A delegation from the Italian Adriatic
port city of Bari visited Dubrovnik Sunday to discuss cooperation
of the two cities.
The delegation was headed by Domenico D'Orio, a member of the
city council in charge for culture, and a councillor Vincenzo
Volpicelo.
At the meeting with Dubrovnik city and county officials they
discussed how to improve traffic links, as an additional shipping
line between the two ports was about to be introduced along with
several air charter lines.
They also discussed cultural cooperation, particularly with
the Dubrovnik Summer Festival, and later met with Vjekoslav Vierdo,
manager of the Dubrovnik Agency for Reconstruction.
