ZAGREB, Feb 12 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic today
met US Assistant Secretary of State for human rights, John
Shattuck, and US General Clarke, the Foreign Ministry said in a
statement.
"The US officials acquainted Minister Granic with the talks
they had held with Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic and the
President of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Alija
Izetbegovic," the statement said.
"Describing the talks as useful, Assistant Secretary of State
Shattuck informed Minister Granic of the Sarajevo Government's
decisions concerning cooperation with the Hague Tribunal," the
statement said.
"The US officials voiced their satisfaction with Croatia's
decision to table a Bill on Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal for
parliamentary procedure," the statement concluded.
