ZAGREB, Jan 27 (Hina) - Experts of the foreign ministries of the Republic of Croatia and the Russian Federation held a meeting in Zagreb on Saturday to discuss the further validity of bilateral agreements that the two countries had
inherited from the former SFRY (the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) and the USSR (Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics).
ZAGREB, Jan 27 (Hina) - Experts of the foreign ministries of the
Republic of Croatia and the Russian Federation held a meeting in
Zagreb on Saturday to discuss the further validity of bilateral
agreements that the two countries had inherited from the former
SFRY (the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) and the USSR
(Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics). #L#
The Croatian delegation was led by Ambassador Stanko Nick, the
chief legal advisor at the Croatian foreign ministry. The Russian
delegates were headed by Ambassador Alexander Hodakov, the Russian
Foreign Ministry legal department head.
They drafted a list of 20 treaties in which Croatia and Russia
are interested to remain in effect in the bilateral relations of
the two countries, according to a statement by the Croatian foreign
ministry.
