SARAJEVO, Jan 8 (Hina) - British IFOR troops came under fire
Sunday night while patrolling an area in central Bosnia, NATO-led
Implementation Force (IFOR) officials in Sarajevo said on Monday.
The incident occurred on a road between Travnik and Vitez
shortly before 22.00 hours when three or four armed persons fired
five to six bullets at the Britons from a civilian car.
There were no casulaties among the IFOR soliders who
returned fire. The identitity of assailants has not yet been
established.
An IFOR investigation into Saturday's attack on British
troops outside the northwestern town of Sanski Most revealed that
the attack had been carried out by Bosnian Serbs.
