ZAGREB, Dec 17 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Ivo
Sanader on Wednesday received a delegation of the Scientific
Institute of Burgenland Croats, the Croatian minority in Austria.
The guests informed Sanader about the work of the institute,
particularly about the project of writing a Burgenland-Croatian
Normative Grammar, which is of great importance for preserving the
language and cultural identity of Burgenland Croats, the Foreign
Ministry said in a statement.
Sanader said that the Croatian government was paying great
attention to Croatian minorities and to preserving their language
and cultural identity.
Sanader stressed that the project would receive all necessary
support from the Croatian government.
