ZAGREB, Dec 14 (Hina) - Albanian Foreign Minister Paskal Milo will
arrive in Zagreb on Monday for an official visit during which he
will meet his Croatian counterpart Mate Granic, Prime Minister
Zlatko Matesa and Parliament Speaker Vlatko Pavletic.
Talks will also involve Albanian Ambassador in Zagreb Miriam Bisha
and Croatian Ambassador in Tirana Mladen Juricic.
The visit is expected to contribute to the further strengthening
and expansion of bilateral relations.
Good relations between the two countries have been confirmed by a
number of bilateral agreements and high-level visits, including a
visit of Croatian President Franjo Tudjman to Albania in 1994 and of
former Albanian President Sali Berisha to Croatia in 1993, as well
as last year visits of the Croatian prime minister and the foreign
minister to Tirana.
Milo will be the first senior official of the new Albanian
government of Prime Minister Fatos Nano to visit Croatia.
