ZAGREB, Oct 29 (Hina) - Croatian and Ukrainian military delegations
met in Zagreb on Wednesday for talks on military cooperation
between the two countries, the Croatian Defence Ministry said in a
statement.
The two delegations, led by Deputy Chief of Staff of the Croatian
armed forces Rear Admiral Davor Domazet and his Ukrainian
counterpart Lt. General Valeriy Fomin, expressed a mutual desire
for enhancing the cooperation as the two countries had already
signed a military cooperation agreement.
The issues discussed included the reorganisation of the Croatian
armed forces and the education of Croatian officers and non-
commissioned officers abroad.
It was said that the reorganisation of the Ukrainian armed forces
would be completed before the end of this year.
The Ukrainian delegation was also received by the head of the
Intelligence Department of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed
Forces, Staff Brigadier Ivan Pokaz.
