ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman received
Spanish Constitutional Court President Alvaro Rodriguez Bereijo on
Tuesday, the President's Office said in a statement.
Bereijo and Croatian Constitutional Court President Jadranko
Crnic informed Tudjman about cooperation between the two courts.
Bereijo stressed that the exchange of experiences was very
useful because Spain had also recently passed through the period of
transition from totalitarianism to democracy.
Expressing satisfaction with the cooperation of the two
constitutional courts, which deepens the relations between the two
states, Tudjman stressed Spain's constructive role, particularly in
resolving the crisis in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Also attending were Presidential Chief of Staff Hrvoje Sarinic
and Adviser Smiljko Sokol. Bereijo was accompanied by Spanish
Ambassador to Croatia Luis Fernandez de la Pena, the statement
