ZAGREB, Sept 13 (Hina) - In Croatia, 62 polling stations opened at
07.00 am Saturday for voting of Bosnia-Herzegovina's citizens at
Bosnia local elections.
The opening of the polling station in Knin has been postponed
for Saturday afternoon, as the OSCE (Organisation for Security and
Cooperation) has not yet delivered ballots in that central Croatian
town. Ballots are expected to be delivered during Saturday morning.
Bosnian citizens can vote from 07.00 am to 07.00 pm either on
Saturday or on Sunday in Croatia as well.
According to OSCE figures, there are 60,134 eligible Bosnian
voters in Croatia, and most of them are registered in the capital
Zagreb and Slavonski Brod.
Before the polling stations opened it was established that
there was not the sufficient number of ballots which the OSCE should
have delivered and this organisation has said to do that in the
course of the day.
In Croatia, 359 members of electorate committees and 70 OSCE
supervisors and 94 OSCE observers are being engaged in the Bosnian
election.
Voters should show their registration papers with the number
of the polling station where they can cast their ballots. The
addresses of polling stations in the country have been published by
the Croatian media.
