SARAJEVO, June 9 (Hina) - Two abandoned houses owned by Moslems in the
Croat-controlled southern Bosnian town of Stolac were set on fire on
Friday, UNHCR spokeswoman Arianne Quentier said in Sarajevo on Monday.
She warned that the houses had been set ablaze only 36 hours after
the beginning of repair work on houses which should be gradually
returned to exiled Moslems in line with an agreement between the Croats
and the Moslems.
Quentier said that the incidents did not jeopardise the
continuation of repair work on abandoned Moslem houses. She added that
32 workers had arrived in Stolac on Monday morning to continue
reconstruction work.
