KRALJEVICA, June 7 (Hina) - "Hrvatska Cigra", a ship of the Croatian
scientific-sports expedition "Arctic-Antarctic", which covered 40,000
nautical miles around the world in 37 months, sailed in its home port of
Kraljevica on the Croatian Adriatic at 11.30 hours of Saturday.
Awaiting the ship were the manager of the Croatian Tourist
Association, Marijan Bulat, a deputy of the Croatian President's chief-
of-staff, Ivan Franciskovic, heads of the local authorities, and
numerous residents of Kraljevica.
Addressing the present, the ship's captain, Mladen Sutej, said that
"Hrvatska Cigra" was a masterpiece to honour the shipbuilders in
Kraljevica and the whole Croatia.
The ship concluded its voyage, sometimes through extreme hardship,
undamaged. "During the voyage, we shot more than 70 hours of video
material and gathered several hundred kilos of various objects from the
sea, from coasts, and other souvenirs which, we hope, will in time be
shown to the public", said Sutej.
