symbolically take the whole Croatia to its eastern borders, the Croatian
Danube region and Vukovar, the head of the President's cabinet, Gordan
Radin, told reporters in Zagreb on Saturday.
"It is the train of peace and return, of the establishment of
mutual trust and reconstruction, which arrives before the termination of
UNTAES' mandate, and is a confirmation of the correctness and maturity
of the Croatian state leadership's policy, which chose the way of
peaceful reintegration of the Croatian Danube region", Radin said.
In the train, which will comprise 21 carriages from all Croatia's
counties, President Tudjman will be joined by the state leadership and
representatives of all Croatian counties, members of the diplomatic
corps accredited in Croatia, church dignitaries, and science, culture
and public figures.
A cultural manifestation beginning at Zagreb's central station at

Association, Ante Stamac, and President Tudjman, are expected to make
speeches.
